Prices

We reserve the right to increase prices from those shown on our website. In particular the cost of online tests and assignments may be increased at any time by City & Guilds.

Delivery Policy

Once you enroll with us and payment has been made (and cleared) we will dispatch all the training material to you within three working days. Delivery will be with a registered Delivery Company to the address you have given to us. Should you not be available to take delivery then you must liaise direct with the Delivery company . We cannot bear any additional costs for the re-delivery to you.

Refunds / Cancellations

We are unable to make any refund once the training materials have arrived and you have commenced study nor can we make a refund if you exceed the year to complete your training as specified by City & Guilds.

Privacy

We treat all personal information extremely confidentially and we will never pass such information to a third person or company. We work within the guidelines of the Data Protection Act.

Complaints

If you have a complaint then this should be discussed with us and we will do all we can to reach an amicable agreement. If you still not satisfied then you may take the issues up with formally with City & Guilds acting as an ombudsman.
