ABTAC (Home Learning) Course

We are delighted to offer you the ABTAC qualification which is also known as the "First award in Travel & Tourism".

This has been designed and endorsed by ABTA and is highly recognized within the travel industry.

ABTAC is offered at the basic level (2) and is suitable for those wishing to enter the travel industry or those with some travel industry experience wanting to gain a formal qualification.

We offer this as a COMPLETE SELF STUDY HOME COURSE. You can use your own computer at home or work and you do not have to attend a college for lessons or for the assignments or online tests. You can work at your own pace and in your own time. With us it really is that simple and convenient.

We supply all the required learning materials needed plus a quality atlas. We will monitor your work and give you guidance and support along the way.

The ABTAC qualification consists of four sections. They are :

• Worldwide Travel Destinations
• Retail Travel Services
• Additional Travel and tourism services
• UK travel and tourism Destination

The qualification is gained by a combination of online assessments and tutor set assignments. All assessments must be completed within a one year period. On completion you will receive a ABTAC Certificate from City & Guilds and endorsed by ABTA.

The cost is £345 and this includes all the learning materials plus our support and guidance. The cost of the assessments and assignments will be charged for separately and is approximately £135.
