ABTAC training terms and conditions
Payment Terms
Payment by cheque or bank transfer is required no later than 5 Working Days following the date of training. Special payment terms must be agreed in writing.
ABTAC is entitled to charge interest at 2% per Month or part thereof on overdue payments.
Where pre-agreed by ABTAC payment may be agreed by Purchase Order (from a company based within the UK only). Where payment by Purchase Order is agreed these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and no variation to these Terms and Conditions is accepted by ABTAC whether detailed by the Customer within the Purchase Order or by another means without specific acceptance by ABTAC in writing.
Where an agreement has not been provided in writing any additions or variations to these Terms and Conditions shall be null and void.
Cancellation and Postponement Policy
ABTAC does not accept any liability for courses cancelled due to ill health of tutors or circumstances beyond our control, but would endeavour to reschedule the course at a time to suit you. ABTAC shall not be liable for any other loss or expense arising.

Courses Booked Directly with ABTAC
The Client may cancel the course booking by notifying ABTAC in writing by acknowledged email or by recorded delivery as soon as reasonably practicable (this must be in writing: phone calls, or non-attendance do not count). The Client shall be liable to pay a cancellation fee as follows: Classroom Based Lesson (including remote learning/virtual training)
E-Learning Courses
Within 14 Days of purchase a full refund. However, once a client has accessed any course material, they will no longer be eligible for a refund. |
Courses Booked Through Reed Online Ltd
For any course purchased through Reed Online Ltd (e-learning, class room based, virtual/remote), the following cancelation policy applies:

ABTAC makes no guarantee of a delegate successfully passing any course.
Safety of Course Participants
ABTAC cannot accept any liability for injury sustained by any participant during the training course. All safe techniques will be taught to participants and all reasonable care will be taken. Participants who are pregnant or who suffer from back problems should identify themselves to the course leader before the course begins.
ABTAC cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to participants' personal property or vehicles whilst attending the course. It is the responsibility of the course organiser to ensure that any venue chosen meets necessary Health and Safety requirements and that fire procedures etc. are explained to participants at the start of the course.
Confidentiality Statement
The material and information (together called the course content) provided to you during this course is confidential and is the property of ABTAC Limited. The course content is not to be copied, reproduced, or adapted in any format or used for any other purpose, including, but not restricted to, the presentation of skills training courses or similar forms of training for third parties. The obligations set out above shall not apply to any part of the course content which subsequently enters the public domain.
