Shipping policy

Shipping carrier

We generally use Royal Mail First Class delivery to ship our products to you.

If you are going to receive a service or course from us on your site, then we can deliver the products to you free of charge (on that date).

International shipping

If you wish for us to deliver a product to you outside of the United Kingdom, please contact us on:

Combined shipping

We will only charge you for shipping once, per order.

When will we ship your product?

We aim to ship the product that you order within 24 hours, however this may not occur in exceptional circumstances, in which case we will ship to you as soon as possible.

Product returns policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with the product you receive from us, you may return them to us within 14 days of receiving them. Once we receive the product back from you we will refund both the cost of the goods (or replace them with a like for like product if you wish), and any reasonable shipping fees that you incur.
